About the Role

The Confidence & Identity Coach is a spiritual and personal development leader within Her Genesis. This role focuses on helping women build confidence both naturally and spiritually — embracing their God-given identity, showing up boldly in their purpose, and developing self-worth rooted in Christ. Through biblical teaching, mindset development, mentorship, healing conversations, and relational discipleship, this leader helps women break free from insecurity and walk confidently in every area of life — faith, career, relationships, and their personal journey.

This coach uses both spiritual guidance and practical tools to support women in becoming whole, courageous, and confident daughters of God.

  • Faith & Identity Development

    • Lead or co-lead workshops, courses, and discussions focused on confidence, healing, and identity in Christ

    • Help women renew their mindset through biblical truth and practical confidence-building tools

    • Provide encouragement, prayer, and accountability to women within the Sisterhood

    • Develop guides or lesson plans for topics such as identity, self-worth, healing, or bold faith

      Mentorship & Leadership

      • Build genuine relationships and mentor women spiritually and emotionally

      • Offer 1-on-1 or small group confidence coaching sessions when needed

      • Help identify women struggling with confidence or self-esteem and support them through prayer and community

      Collaborative Ministry Work

      • Work with other leadership members to support events, retreats, and mental health initiatives

      • Partner with the Creative and Fundraising teams to develop workshops or campaigns centered on confidence and faith

    • A heart for God and alignment with the Her Genesis mission and values.

    • A committed follower of Jesus Christ

    • Passion for helping women find confidence and identity in God

    • Strong communication and listening skills

    • Ability to teach, mentor, or lead small group discussions

    • Knowledge of scripture and spiritual growth principles

    • Experience in coaching, counseling, or ministry is a plus

    • Must be teachable, reliable, and dedicated to spiritual growth and accountability

    • Must be an active member of the Her Genesis Sisterhood online community.

    • Required to attend weekly Bible studies and participate in prayer gatherings as part of spiritual accountability. (Understandable if you can’t make it due to other responsibilities)

      • Maintain a lifestyle that reflects spiritual integrity, humility, and Christlike character
